We know such a lot about Monkey D. Luffy of 'One Piece' but now not a lot at all about his circle of relatives. One of the largest secrets and techniques is about his mom. Who is she?
We have been alongside for the ride as Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates have traveled across land and sea in One Piece for more than a decade. After more than 1,000 episodes of the anime, the series is almost over and enthusiasts dependable to it know those characters in intensity. Over the years, we've got discovered about their tragic backgrounds, targets, and even some circle of relatives. But some audience may not be conscious about all the little main points.

For one, who is Luffy's mom? We see Luffy spend such a lot time with the Straw Hats and there have been so many episodes that it is easy to omit data about his life growing up. But it seems that there is a clear reason we do not learn concerning the matriarch of his circle of relatives.
So, who is Luffy's mom?
Luffy's mom is never introduced in One Piece at all and there is really no information out there about who she in reality is. But enthusiasts of the series know that a character named Curly Dadan is regarded as a foster mother to each him and every other pirate, Portgas D. Ace. Luffy's grandfather Monkey D. Garp raised his grandson for a while prior to entrusting him to Curly.

SPOILER ALERT: Spoilers for Chapter 432/Episode 314 of One Piece below!
Although we do not know anything else about Luffy's mom, we all know that his dad's identify is Monkey D. Dragon. According to the One Piece Fandom, Dragon is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army that's been trying to overthrow the World Government for years.

Over the years, Luffy and his dad didn't have a courting but Luffy by no means cared about who his father was. It turns out that Dragon gave Luffy to Garp to lift ahead of Garp gave Luffy to Curly. Luffy best discovered about his dad in bankruptcy 432 of the manga (or episode 314 of the anime) as a result of Garp advised him.
Unfortunately for Dragon, even after Luffy found out who his dad is, their dating did not make stronger. But Dragon did save his son when he used to be captured through Smoker in Loguetown. And the Fandom points out that Dragon wants to be "reunited" with his son sooner or later so it's possible that he desires a more sure relationship with him.

Why isn't Luffy's mom in 'One Piece'?
Unfortunately, fanatics won't be introduced to Luffy's mom in One Piece. According to ComicBook.com, Luffy's Japanese voice actress Mayumi Tanaka had a dialog with the sequence' author Eiichiro Oda years ago. In it, she requested him concerning the character's mom and it seems that we aren't going to be informed much of anything else about his mom or that entire aspect of his family.

"Luffy's adventure began after he left his mother's arms. I want to tell this young man's story, so [his] mom is not part of it," Oda stated in a tweet, in step with the opening. The Twitter account has now been suspended and the tweet is now not available.
And in answering a fan's question in an SBS about why such a lot of of the characters in One Piece have dead or lacking mothers, Oda as soon as stated, "The answer is simple. That's because 'mother' is the opposite of 'adventure.'"
