We Finally Know What Happened to Shauna's Baby in 'Yellowjackets' (SPOILERS)

When Teen Shauna (Sophie Nélisse) published her being pregnant throughout Season 1 of Yellowjackets, enthusiasts theorized about what would happen to her baby. After all, navigating teenager being pregnant while stranded in the woods with a group of hungry football teammates after shedding your easiest friend to hypothermia isn't everyone's superb method of starting a family.

When the dream baby refuses to nurse, Shauna wakes up one evening in a dream-within-a-dream to Lottie conserving the baby eerily, announcing, "He needs to feed" and "You'll understand soon enough." Eventually, the dream baby starts nursing, which fills Shauna with pleasure.

Unfortunately, Shauna wakes up from her dream, the place the Yellowjackets stand round her anxiously. They reveal that Shauna passed out all the way through her labor and that her baby was once stillborn. In short: yes, Shauna's baby died, and she or he is devastated.

Do the Yellowjackets devour Shauna's baby?
