Fans accuse Lindsey Morgan from 'The 100' of getting plastic surgery between the display's 5th and 6th seasons.

For five years we’ve watched Lindsey Morgan kick butt as Raven Reyes on The 100, so we were greater than a bit frustrated when probably the most display’s viewers began questioning whether or not the brunette attractiveness got paintings carried out all over the destroy.

A couple of Twitter customers claimed that the 29-year-old seemed different on the Season 6 premiere, despite the fact that it’s incredibly commonplace for actors to exchange up their look in between filming, particularly if they’re working on different projects. Here’s why fans need to stop accusing Lindsey of getting plastic surgery.

Lindsey’s personality obviously got a makeover this season.

Raven may be giving off a more sensual vibe at the present time, however that doesn’t imply Lindsey made any major changes behind the scenes — a concept that was once clearly lost on a handful of viewers.

One person commented, "Finally checking out the new season premiere of The 100 and was really thrown by the actress who plays Raven. She got a *lot* of work done during the off-season and is almost unrecognizable. I had to Google if it was the same person. Not a fan of the new generic sexed-up look."

There's also Reddit threads asking why she got "noticeably hotter and sexier" which sparked a number of debates amongst users: is she warmer or much less scorching along with her new look, is her new glance plastic surgery or did she literally just grow her eyebrows out, and is her new haircut as large a travesty as when Keri Russell cut her hair on Felicity.

Luckily, Lindsey’s followers have her back. "I can’t believe it only took a new hairstyle and more make up for locals to think they changed the actress who plays Raven or that Lindsey had plastic surgery,” one Twitter user wrote following the April 30 episode.

But just because they know it’s not plastic surgery doesn’t mean they like the new look. One fan wrote, "Why does Raven on @cwthe100 have make-up on? She looks likes she able for brunch not like she just woke from one hundred twenty five years in cryosleep." Another added, "Who tf are Abbey and Raven attempting to provoke with all that make-up??" Well… you can’t please everyone.

If Lindsey did get plastic surgery, who cares?

The Texas native hasn’t spoken out about going under the knife, but even if she has, who are we to judge? She’s certainly capable of making her own decisions, whatever they might be. Lindsey has been taking a social media break since the last day of 2019 and we can't help but wonder of all this fixation and scrutiny may have caused her to step away from the online world for a bit.

Anyone making nasty comments should take a page out of Raven’s book given that she’s always been The 100’s moral compass. It’s a quality that attracted Lindsey to the character when she first auditioned.

"[Raven] was once the first position I read in a very long time that wasn’t knowledgeable via her sexuality," the actress instructed The Italian Rêve. "Sure she had relationships, however she wasn’t outlined via them. She defied all stereotypes up to that point as a female personality or the 'other lady' or 'competition' for the lead. They didn’t have a love triangle, they had an actual dynamic of respect and hurt. I beloved that."

Lindsey added, "The easiest thing about taking part in Raven is that I’ve been constantly challenged creatively as an actress. It’s no longer ceaselessly a young girl will get to play the spectrum I’ve had with Raven. I’ve been paralyzed, possessed, in love, zenned out and misplaced my mind, best to rebuild it all over again. That is an attractive epic run personally."

The 100 concluded its sixth season in August and is expected to return for its seventh and ultimate season in spring 2020.
